Entrée

Slow Roasted Prime Rib - $13.49
A hand cut piece of prime rib rubbed with a blend of secret herbs and spices, slow roasted in its own savory juices. Served with a side of sautéed vegetables and mashed potatoes.                                       

Southwest Crab Cakes- $14.95
Two lump meat crab cakes mixed with onions, bell peppers and southwestern spices,  then sautéed until golden brown.  Topped with a tarragon tartar sauce and served with a side of fresh sautéed    vegetables.

Milanese Pork Chops-$11.95
Sautéed pork chops topped with a house recipe creamy caper lemon sauce. Served with a side of  fresh sautéed vegetables and mashed potatoes.

Beef Stroganoff - $ 10.49
Made with sliced Filet Mignon tips, slow cooked with fresh mushrooms and onions.  Served over a bed of fresh boiled Fettuccine and topped with a dollop of sour cream.  Served with a side of garlic bread.

Chicken Parmesan - $10.25
All white meat chicken breast is hand breaded and pan fried to a golden brown.  Topped with a house recipe marinara sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese and served on a bed of cooked to order Fettuccine.

Shrimp Creole Jambalaya - $8.95
Chicken, shrimp, sausage, onion, shallots, bell peppers, garlic, white rice and Creole seasoning served on a bed of a house made red sauce.  Served with a bread stick.

Fresh diced bacon, diced ham, tomato, cucumber, and cheddar Cheese on a

The Classic Caesar- $5.99
Fresh and crisp Romaine lettuce tossed with a traditional Caesar dressing, house made
croutons, and shredded Parmesan cheese.

The Simple Salad- $5.49
A salad of fresh mixed greens, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, and  sharp Cheddar Cheese.

An All-American favorite! Juicy all beef hot dog, served with house made chips.

Grilled Cheese Sandwich- $2.99
