A hand cut piece of prime rib rubbed with a blend of secret herbs and spices, slow roasted in its own savory juices. Served with a side of green bean almondine and a baked potato.

Chicken Cordon Bleu-$10.29
All white meat chicken stuffed with ham, pan seared and topped with melted Swiss cheese and a house made gorgonzola sauce. Served with a side of green bean almondine and hash brown casserole.

Grape Tomato and Garlic Tilapia-$11.95

Herb Encrusted Pork Chops-$11.95
Two boneless pork chops rolled in fresh herbs and topped with a house made demi-glace. Served with a baked potato and a side of green bean green bean almondine.

Black and Bleu Strip Steak-$13.95
Hand cut New York strip steak, rubbed with Cajun seasoning and blackened, topped with aged blue cheese and grilled to temperature. Served with a side of green bean green bean almondine and hash brown casserole.
